Automotive Front Counter Assistant/ Assistant Service Advisor

We are searching for an enthusiastic Front Counter Assistant/ Assistant Service Advisor to join our team. We do things a little differently at our shops. We operate with proven, structured processes designed to create an environment that is highly efficient and free from chaos. In this role, you will work side-by-side with our senior team, learning how to professionally present digital vehicle inspections, build trust with customers, and keep the front office running smoothly.

• 5-Day Work Week: Monday through Friday only. We are closed on weekends!

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a shop setting (as a counter assistant, writer, or parts specialist looking to step up).

• Attitude: An extremely positive attitude, a professional appearance, and a strong willingness to learn.

• Skills: Excellent communication skills, highly organized, great phone etiquette, and the ability to build strong relationships with both customers and technicians.

• Mindset: Honest, motivated, and a true team player. You understand that we depend on each other to grow.

• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with modern shop technology (we use Technician-supplied Digital Vehicle Inspections with photos).
