What We Are Looking For

• Experience: 3+ years of experience as a technician in a professional shop environment.

• Capability: Strong skills in brake systems, steering/suspension, alignments, fluid flushes, light engine repair, and general maintenance. You can turn a solid, consistent number of hours.

• Diagnostic Foundation: You understand the basics of troubleshooting but want to learn how to master complex electrical, network, and drivability issues.

• Attitude is Everything: You must have an extremely positive attitude, a strong willingness to learn, and an understanding that we depend on each other to succeed.

• Tools: A reliable inventory of your own tools. ASE certifications are a plus, but a desire to earn them is required (we pay for training!).
