What We Are Looking For

• Experience: Proven track record as an A-Level / Lead Diagnostic Technician in an independent shop setting. Advanced diagnostic capability (scope usage, complex electrical, network communications, and drivability) is required.

• Productivity: A high-hour turner who takes pride in efficiency, speed, and fixing it right the first time.

• Tools & Certifications: A complete inventory of your own tools and diagnostic equipment. ASE Certifications (including L1) are highly preferred.

• Mindset: A positive, team-oriented attitude with a strong desire to continuously learn and a willingness to mentor junior team members when needed.
